What you'll give our customers
Taking out a mortgage is a big deal for our customers, and we treat it as a big responsibility. We want to make the process as smooth and simple as possible every step of the way, and you'll be instrumental in delivering a standard of service that inspires confidence and minimises hassle. That means tackling important day-to-day tasks such as account administration and generating reports with minimum supervision, while responding promptly and accurately to a wide range of customer enquiries by phone, email or letter. And, when you can't resolve an issue, you'll make sure it's properly escalated and quickly followed-up.
