This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Secretary to work for a well established and growing property company. The ideal candidate will come from a property environment i.e Estate Agents,Property Developers etc.

You will be responsible for:

* Supporting the Lettings Negotiators

* Completing relevant paperwork

* Assisting the Office Manager - diary management etc

* Letter typing

* Maintaining databases

* All other admin duties as and when required.

To be successful for this role you must:

* Have excellent admin experience

* Customer Service skills

* Have experience within a Property environment

* Be articulate, professional, reliable and flexible.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Holiday allowance of 22 days per annum
