Your role will involve handling and responding to telephone enquiries from customers with Home Emergencies such as electrical, plumbing gas or drainage faults. You will be responsible for providing accurate information to the customer and processing the claim efficiently and effectively.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, a calm and helpful approach, along with previous experience of dealing with customers either face to face or over the telephone.
